Need something sooner ? We specialized in Express Luxury Setups .We can create a fully luxury picnic in as little as 2 Hours with an express booking fee.
What are the locations?
Our signature experiences are based in Miami Beach , where our standard pricing applies. We are delighted to travel throughout South Florida , with a travel fee quoted based on your event location.

Policies & Booking Terms
Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 6 hours before your scheduled experience. Bookings are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund of any refundable amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to planning, preparation, and reserved setup costs.
Weather & Rescheduling
All experiences are weather-dependent. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (such as heavy rain, storms, or high winds), Luxorian Experiences will offer a complimentary reschedule or booking credit. Weather-related decisions are made by Luxorian Experiences with guest safety as the priority. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will be accommodated based on availability.
Equipment, Property & Liability
Guests are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Luxorian Experiences' equipment caused by negligence or misuse. Charges may apply for repair or replacement of damaged items. Guests participate in all experiences at their own risk. Luxorian Experiences is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.
Local Rules & Food
To comply with local regulations, glass containers are not permitted at beach or park setups. Alcohol is not provided or served by Luxorian Experiences. Any food or charcuterie boards included with your experience are professionally prepared and pre-packaged. Guests are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before the event.
